SISTER CLUB AGREEMENT
We the Rotaract
Club of HICAS have signed our sister
club agreement along with Rotaract Club of Pune Mid – East, RID 3131.
We have got invite
for the sister club agreement during the month of January, that if we full fill the criteria’s given by Rotaract Club of Pune Mid –East. So we
have completed all the criteria’s and
signed the agreement with them.
We also mailed and informed our District Chairman –
International Service – Rtr.PP.Raahul.
PULLINGO PUZZLE
We have conducted a puzzle game to kill this quarantine for
our District Rotaractors. We created a crossword
puzzle related to our Rotaract
activities and properties. It
was great fun and brain storming
puzzle for everyone.
We received 20+ entries for this puzzle and we
posted them in our club instagram page.
Almost many of the participants gave the
correct answers. It was very time killing activity and many of the cabinet members also took part in the
puzzle.
LOCKDOWN BLUES
During this lockdown, all of us are going through a shift in our daily practices. Not just
our chores, but the times we spend with
different people during the day have also taken a huge turn. Change can be
difficult, but we can always try to make the best out of it.
EmoSync brings to you the special webinar of the “Lockdown Blues” series, especially for the Rotaractors, to make the most out of the lockdown!! Rotaract Clubs of HICAS, RID 3201 and Geetanjali Kolkata, & Emosync have conducted this program called, Lockdown Blues: How to stay Mentally Strong. We used zoho app viewer with the participants from RID 3201 as well as from RID 3291.We had 50+ participants as a whole from both the districts.

make the club members stay active. We used the online medium for our club
board meeting through WebEx app.
We discussed about our club future, kind of year plans we will be doing and the upcoming team plans. This was very encouraging and as professional as we do in
our regular physical meeting. We also discussed about our DRR official Visit and District Assembly
Host activities.

Quarantine! Quarantine!
It's all that we have
been hearing for the past few days! But we the Rotaract club of HICAS came up with an initiative to know about Namma year Presidents.
Namma year, "NAMMA STORY" - President's story!
Namma year, "NAMMA STORY" - President's story!
This event is
especially for Namma Year Presidents.
Every President has different experience throughout
their journey, so in this regard we asked the Presidents to send their story through
mail and Whatsapp. We are releasing the story of every President’s day by day. It gives them a huge memory for their life time as a treasure about their presidentship.

plans of President elect and Secretary elect was discussed. This was very encouraging and as professional as we do in
our regular physical meeting. We also discussed about our DRR official Visit and District Assembly
Host activities. We also shared our quarantine
experience within our club members.
90s vs 2K

of HICAS along with Rotaract Club of Coimbatore Comito are here with an Individual Developement Program 90's vs 20k
on via cisco webex at 04:00 PM.
This session was handled by our District Trainer’s Rtr.Rishab adarsh from Rotaract Club of Saibaba
Colony and Rtr.Sanjula from Rotaract
Club of CIT. It was very interactive
and enjoying session. Both the trainers gave their best and it was very fun
filling. 25+ participants were
present in the session. It was very engaging
with their online activities and questionnaires.
CM FUND DONATION
We the Rotaract Club of HICAS gave our
contribution of, sum of Rs. 1500.00/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred Only.) from ROTARACT CLUB OF HICAS as
donation towards 'Chief Minister's Public Relief Fund' through the
Online Portal https://ereceipt.tn.gov.in
Contribution
to CMPRF is 100% tax exempt under Section 80G (2) of the
Income Tax Act, 1961
vide PAN No.AAAGC0038F.
We have attached the
acknowledgement copy of the contribution towards ‘Chief Minister's Public Relief
Fund' as donation.
